Orders placed until 12:30 will be shipped to the courier on the same day, depending on the number of orders and stock.
Orders placed after 12:30 will be shipped to the courier the next day.

The chances of a package reaching you within 3 working days of shipment are 83%. Although our delivery team makes every effort to reach you on time, it happens to fail every time, due to external factors.

The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, take physical possession of the ordered products.

For products with insured transport, such as ceramic sanitary ware or other fragile materials (sinks), you have the obligation to check the package upon receipt, before signing the receipt of the product offered by the courier company. We do not assume responsibility for damaged packages not previously checked in the presence of the courier, for which you have signed that they are in proper condition.

We do not accept the fulfillment of orders through the carriers indicated by you. In this contract, only the Seller can have the option to choose the carrier.

For promotional periods (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc.), the delivery time of orders placed during the campaign, may be different from that displayed on the site and depends on the operating capacity of courier companies. Exceptions are made to the usual term and will not be included in the promotional conditions during the regular periods.

If within 14 calendar days, for any reason, you want to give up the purchase of your product, it is enough to send it to us and you will receive the money back in the account.

The product must be sent unused in the original packaging without this packaging being broken or damaged in any way. Products with a thermal engine that have been used and refueled with gasoline and oil cannot be returned if the reason for the return is related to aspects other than incorrect, improper operation or non-compliance with the technical characteristics presented on the product page.

The return of the money is made only in the bank account. We do not accept cash returns.

The amount returned will be the value of the product / products. This does not include the shipping fee you initially paid.

The money will be returned only after the product has been received at the location and has been checked for damage, mechanical damage such as bending, drilling, scratches, clogging, cracks of the materials that are part of the products.
If the product shows mechanical damage and destruction, RAM BUSINESS CORNER SRL reserves the right not to compensate the customer, the product being returned to the customer at his expense.
If you receive the hit / damaged product

In the case of packages that show visible damage upon receipt by courier, we recommend that you refuse to receive them. For the proof, the package can be photographed and a report can be drawn up together with the representative of the courier company, in which the condition of the package from the moment of delivery will be mentioned. The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you in full when you take physical possession of the product. Any subsequent complaint will not be considered.

The insured packages are accompanied by a special clause, as they must be checked in the presence of the courier agent to determine if the condition of the product is intact. Do not receive damaged insured packages, because BRICOPRO can no longer refund your value or change your product, this being insured at the transport company. All returned products are analyzed individually, in detail, by our specialists, and the verification process is performed in front of the surveillance cameras in order to have a maximum transparency in the analysis of your return request.

        If the purchased products are non-functional or have manufacturing defects, they will be replaced on the spot with a functional product, provided that written notification to RAM BUSINESS CORNER SRL within 48 hours of receiving the defective product. If the product is no longer available, at the customer's choice, it will either be replaced with a similar product or will return its equivalent value to the account of the natural or legal person who paid the initial equivalent value of the product / products;
        The transport expenses will be fully borne by RAM BUSINESS CORNER SRL;
        If the notification is made after the above-mentioned period of 48 hours, the products are subject to warranty.
The return of the products is subject to ordinance no. 130 of August 31, 2000 completed by law no. 51 of January 21, 2003 for the approval of the Government ordinance no. 130/2000 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, with the subsequent modifications and completions:
"The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the order, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 working days from the receipt of the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract."
In any situation of returning the products (even when the return is attributable to RAM BUSINESS CORNER SRL damaged packages, incorrectly invoiced / incorrectly delivered products, products with manufacturing defects), they must be in the same condition, in the original packaging, with the labels intact and together with all the documents that accompanied it (invoice, warranty certificates, etc.). Return procedure

If you want to return a product, please follow the steps below:
1. Send an email to the email address, with contact details (name, address, phone) and invoice number.

2. After completing the form, you will be contacted within a maximum of 3 days by our operator to register the collection of the package.

3. Please prepare the product for courier as follows:

    Pack the product in a cardboard box and seal the package with scotch tape.
    Add a copy of the invoice and warranty in the package and your iban account so you can make the transfer.
    please write the word RETURN on the box.

4. It is mandatory to send the product, together with its original box, undamaged, all the accessories received.
